En quelques clics, nous pouvons trouver des milliers de r\u00e9gimes \u00ab\u00a0miracles\u00a0\u00bb, des programmes de sport g\u00e9n\u00e9riques, des m\u00e9ditations guid\u00e9es et des conseils sant\u00e9 contradictoires.<\/p>\n\n        <blockquote class=\"highlight-quote\">\n            Pourquoi, alors que nous savons ce qu&rsquo;il faut faire, sommes-nous si nombreux \u00e0 nous sentir fatigu\u00e9s, stress\u00e9s, d\u00e9connect\u00e9s de notre corps et, avouons-le, un peu perdus ?\n        <\/blockquote>\n\n        <p>La r\u00e9ponse ne r\u00e9side pas dans le manque de volont\u00e9.
